Tuna Tostada with Citrus Aioli and Salsa Macha
Ingredients:
For the Citrus Aioli:
1/3 cup mayonnaise (your choice)
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1 lime
1 small garlic clove, grated
Pinch of salt
For the Tuna Tostadas:
1/2 lb fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon salsa macha oil
Tostadas
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Extra lime zest, for garnish
Additional salt, to taste
Instructions:
Combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well-blended. Set aside.
Cube the tuna and toss with olive oil, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and a spoonful of salsa macha oil. Mix gently until the tuna is evenly coated.
Spread a generous layer of the citrus aioli onto each tostada. Top with a layer of the marinated tuna. Drizzle additional salsa macha over the tuna.
Finish with a sprinkle of lime zest, a pinch of salt, and fresh cilantro. Finally, pair with Guinness.
