Tuna Tostada with Citrus Aioli and Salsa Macha

Ingredients:

For the Citrus Aioli:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (your choice)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • Pinch of salt

For the Tuna Tostadas:

  • 1/2 lb fresh tuna, cut into small cubes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon salsa macha oil

  • Tostadas

  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

  • Extra lime zest, for garnish

  • Additional salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well-blended. Set aside.

  2. Cube the tuna and toss with olive oil, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and a spoonful of salsa macha oil. Mix gently until the tuna is evenly coated.

  3. Spread a generous layer of the citrus aioli onto each tostada. Top with a layer of the marinated tuna. Drizzle additional salsa macha over the tuna.

  4. Finish with a sprinkle of lime zest, a pinch of salt, and fresh cilantro. Finally, pair with Guinness.
