Madeline is a self-trained chef & recipe developer who studied nutrition and cooks seasonal, healthy food for everyone to enjoy.
A note from Madeline:
I have always been drawn to food. Cooking with my grandma from a young age to constantly immersing myself in different areas of the food industry throughout my life. I studied Nutrition, Food Sciences & Dietetics in college, and after graduating in 2020 I was able to spend more time in the kitchen to focus on the aspect of nutrition I adore the most: Cooking. I prepare healthy, tasty & seasonal food curated to your culinary preferences.
I recently attended the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy where I studied the evolution of Italian cuisine. I learned new techniques and ways of thinking about food after being immersed in such a food-centric culture. I shop at the Union Square Greenmarket for seasonal and fresh produce and try to support local food businesses as much as possible.
Madeline in the kitchen was born when I decided to combine my love for food & cooking with being able to make a positive impact on people’s busy lives. Wether you are a busy family or simply wanting to incorporate healthy meals into your routine, I would love to help.
